Post-CADER Speaking Class Questionnaire / 基于CADER口語課后的學生問卷調查

Dear students,

親愛的同學們:

You’re invited to participate in a research study title :“Awakening High School Students’ Willingness to Speak in Oral English Classes”.誠邀你們參與一項名為《激發高中生英語口語課堂的表達意愿》的研究。

The purpose of this research study is to learn about your ideas and feelings towards the English-speaking class, and it will take you about 5 minutes to complete. Please answer the questions honestly based on your experience in recent speaking lessons. You may answer open-ended questions in English or Chinese. 本研究旨在了解你們對英語口語課的想法和感受,完成問卷大約需要5分鐘。請根據你近期在口語課上的體驗如實作答。開放式問題可用英文或中文回答。

Part A: Speaking Willingness & Confidence口語意愿與自信打分
